Hi I am trying to sync my offline file and keep getting this message - Can anyone help and let me know why??

The error looks like the sync request is timing out and therefore not syncing the company file to the local machine. I would recommend ensuring that you have temporary disabled third-party programs i.e. antivirus, firewall and other applications as these can impact the syncing of that company file.
I would also recommend reviewing your Internet Speed as a recommendation the minimum upload speed does need to be 0.5 Mbps (as per the system requirements)
