Came across this problem running server 2012 in termnal server mode.

The myob error log gives us this messge:

PrintTicket provider failed to bind to printer. Win32 error: Access is denied

The hotfix inthis microsoft KB solved the problem for us.

Re: The Printer name is invalid

The struggle with this was talking to the help desk over several hours who had no clue. Rather than looking for a solution all they could do is blame our network, server and printer configuration.
