Two factor log in authentication missing

The two step authentication for our business files is missing anyone with access to PC can log in.  Yes absurb that to make this post about the problem and notifying MYOB of it 2 factor authentication in place.

 

Can MYOB advise when this very vulernable position will be recitified...

Thank you for taking the time to raise this. We're currently in the process of investigating this further to improve the experience for you all. At this point in time, it's under active investigation. We'll be forwarding this example to the teams so they can remain up to date, would you be able to confirm which email was using at the time of logging in when 2FA wasn't requested. We really appreciate the patience shown whilst we investigate this for you all.

I have also just realised that my two-factor log in authentication is missing.  Could MYOB please acknowledge and send an update on the progress of rectifying this urgent problem.
