UNABLE TO CONFIRM COMPANY FILE ONLINE OR BY PHONE FOR 2014.4 ACCOUNT RIGHT

I use an AccountRight version 2014.4 once a year to do my husband accounts and I have just tried to open the files to do last years work and they are read only and I am unable to confirm online or by phone.  Does anyone know if this version is now unsupported by MYOB and so I have no alternative but to upgrade to a current file or whether ther is some way I can confirm the file? It tis an old version but it did what I needed it to do. Thanks

I have been trying to work out how to send the details you asked for in a private message. I hover over your username and a pop up screen appears. When i click on send message it takes me to a new page that says private message but thee is no ability to send a message.  How do I send a private message?
