UPLOADING DATA FILE 2019.2.1 AFTER UPGRADING

Hi MYOB, I have recently upgraded my main data file to commence STP Reporting and have been told all day to be told 'There was a problem uploading this file. A connection error may have occurred. Please try again later."  Is there an issue your end or should I be able to upload it.  This is my first attempt to place the file in the cloud. Regards, Ellen

Hi Ellen

 

You need to ensure the subscription has a space on the online server before uploading.  I usually contact my partner manager to confirm this.

Thanks for your reply.  I will need to call MYOB Support as I now receive the message that I have no subscription for this data file at all when I try to upload.  Oh joy!
