Ugrading from 2020.4.24.1790 to 2020.4.24.2371, keep getting Setup failed error:0x80070643.

Hi,

 

I have been trying for the last 4 weeks to upgrade from my current version 2020.4.24.1790 to 2020.4.24.2371, and keep getting: 'setup failed error: 0x80070643.

 

I have tried the troubleshooting but still cannot upgrade, please help!

Thank you for your post. Can I please confirm if you've tried the troubleshooting steps on our help article Installation troubleshooting under heading 0x80070643 - Fatal error during installation ? If you have, can you please confirm if you're running a server or a local computer ?

Thanks for confirming that. Can you please try and download the server edition of AccountRight 2020.4 via our downloads page, does this install fine ?

the Server edition from the downloads page has installed fine.

 

what do I do now?

If the server edition has downloaded successfully you should be able to access your file as per usual, this will be the latest version of AccountRight.
