I am using MYOB V17.0.0 for a very small company file - no payroll. Today I went to log on in order to finalise my BAS info for the quarter to discover the Unable to Confirm Company File Message. I do not wish to upgrade my software - I simply want to confirm my existing software. I tried to ring the hotline - but of course it was out of hours. From reading other posts I see that quite a few people have had the hard sell process. Can you please advise how I best go about getting my file confirmed so I can continue with my current software.

I have generally found a private message to one of the moderators on here gets the best response. I find Hayden B to be very helpful and efficient with none of the sales pitch.
