Unable to Confirm company file

Once again our Company file cannot be confirmed online, tried calling but the hotline is down.

This is a regular occurance can you please tell me what is going on as we are losing productivity.

Thanks for reaching out. I'd b be happy to assist you with this here. 

 

Could you please send me a private message with the following details so I can look into this for you:

 

  • Serial number
  • Business file name
  • Company File code 
  • Software version (Help>About MYOB AccountRight)

File confirmed via PM - 26/9 Resolved
