Unable to Perform Confirmation

Hi. I am Usser of MYOB Singapore Ver 13.0.0. Recently I cannot accsess my company file because the software say "Unable to perform online confirmation". In my condition, the internet was stable and it didn't have bloked firewall. I try to change to confirmation by phone (+65 6505 6593) but when I input serial number we have they said it was invalid serial number. Cound you help me to solve this proble ASAP? because it still 7 day until my company file become "Read Only".

Thank you for your post. The Singapore version has been taken over by ABSS, I would recommend contacting them to assist you in your confirmation.
