Re: Unable to Roll-Back Financial Year and Roll Payroll Year in 2020.2

Hi @MattGordon16 , just thought I'd mention that the AccountTransactions (Accrual) report has simlar info to the GL Detail report, is date driven and can be run for any date range as long as the transactions are in the file.

Re: Unable to Roll-Back Financial Year and Roll Payroll Year in 2020.2

Hi MYOB,

My client was still in 2020.1 and they have rolled forward the payroll year before we finalized the 2020 Payroll year.

If we upgrade to 2020.2, will we have access to the 2020 payroll year?

Thanks,

Brooke

Hi @BrookeKCA

If you upgrade to 2020.2 you will be able to make adjustments in the previous payroll year.

Please do let me know if you need further help.

Cheers,
Tracey

Re: Unable to Roll-Back Financial Year and Roll Payroll Year in 2020.2

You would think that MYOB would be adding functionality rather than removing it. This is another issue, like the payroll debacle where you couldnt process payroll in advance for July, that has been enacted without due consideration.
