Hello @BRB 

 

As Microsoft has ceased offering support for Windows 7 in January 2020, we have recommended that any MYOB users on Windows 7 do update their systems in order to maintain optimal performance. Please see this announcement on the forum, as well as the information posted on the MYOB website and the system requirements for MYOB 2020 software. We do recommend updating to Microsoft 8.1 or Microsoft 10 not only to complete the MYOB 2020.2 update, but to enhance performance overall.

Hi @BRB 

 

The message seems to be about your version of MYOB, not the operating system. As your file is online, MYOB regularly 'decommision' older versions and force user to install the latest version (in this case AR2020.2) - if I understand correctly, this is all your message is saying. I have Windows 7 and AR2020.2 works just fine, even without Microsoft support.
