Unable to access MYOB Online - Locked as Backing Up - cannot reset

We are unable to access MYOB LIve this morning because it says "The company file is currently backing up" and has done for some time.

Can you help?

I've managed to locate that impacted file and reset it back to Active for you. This should allow you to access that company file as per normal.
