HELP! Every time my company files need to be confirmed on line I always end up with the following message -
'Unable to activate this company file. You need to phone MYOB customer service for assistance.'
This has happened 6 or more times now, and each time I have to do this so it can be sorted. Then it's promised it won't happen again, BUT IT DOES!
I do not work in the cloud, only on my desktop and this is SO annoying.
Please help me get this sorted so I can use my company files without having this hassle every few months.
