Unable to activate company file: Overseas

Hi,

 

I am having the issue of confirming the company file again - this happened to me two years ago and I had to call customer support that time around.

 

I found some old posts with an overseas number but that does not seem to work anymore.

 

Can you please assist?

Hi @lyrain 

 

Happy to offer assistance with the confirmation of a company file. In order to do so, we do require some company information as such would you mind sending me a private message with the following information:

  • The serial number in the company file - Setup>>Company Information
  • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
  • The version of the software you are using - Help>>About AccountRight
  • The company file code - obtained by selecting to Confirm via Phone when prompted
