I have used MYOB AccountRight for nearly two years and confirmed my company file whenever required, but today, after an update to version 2021.6.24.5051 which I did not ask for, the confirmation process is giving me an error message and telling me to call MYOB.
I tried that, which is made much more difficult because I am one of the many Australians stuck overseas, so have to deal with different time zones. All I get is a recorded voice which eventually tells me MYOB is experiencing a high level of calls and then the call is cut off. Not good enough.
I have the serial number. Where can I get help?
