Unable to activate or automatically confirm company file

Hello, I originally purchased Version 2014.4 of the AccountRight Plus, which was updated to Version 2015.3.

I have been using it on a regular basis for many years, until today when I was unable to access my file.

I received the message: Unable to activate company file/ and: Unable to automatically confirm your company file.

I tried to confirm my file online, but was unable to do so, and received a message to phone MYOB.

Can someone please help me? I would really appreciate it.

Hi @angieb 

 

I've taken a look at your account and you now should be able to confirm your company files using the Confirm Online option. I've corrected that situation going forward so you should be able to confirm as intended going forward, however, do let us know if you require further assistance with confirming your company file.

Thank you so much!! Whatever you did, it's fixed the problem. Wish I'd asked a lot sooner (before the five hours spent trying to sort it out myselr!!)

Hi Unicorn313,

 

I had exactly the same problem and tried so many ways to fix the issue.

After putting my question out in the Community, Steven_M (MYOB Moderator) replied to say he had a look at my account and corrected the problem.

 

I don't know what he did, but if you follow my original post, and Steven's reply, you might be able to get similar help.

 

All the best with it. It's very frustrating, isn't it?!

We are happy to offer assistance with the confirmation of a company file. So we can arrange for that would you mind sending me a private message on the Forum with the following information:

  • The serial number in the company file - Setup>>Company Information
  • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRIght
  • The version of the software you are using - Help>>About AccountRight
  • If on AccountRight Classic (v19 or below), the company file code - select to Confirm via Phone

I'm also having problems activating this company file.  Never had an issue before.  And now I cannot open anything.

I've made changes to your account. This should allow you to confirm that company file using the Confirm Online option. The changes I have made should allow that file to be confirmed going forward as well.

I am using MYOB version 2021.08.0 AR. I am facing problem trying to confirm my file online. Please help me. 

 

Its under the name MP Pathology Ltd.

We try trying to confirm company file using phone but unable to get through. Please provide details. We can't confirm company file online.
