Unable to complete update to Accountright 2020

HI

Have Accountright Plus 2020.2.1

Build 2020.2.23.8856

When I open AR, it tells me update available.  When i click update it stops about 3/4's the way through and shows the following message:

 

Error getting file security

C:\users\David\AppData\Local\Programs\MYOB\MYOB.Accountright2020.2\Huxley.Report.Services.dll

Get Last Error: 5

 

 

Can I get help please?

Hi @Dcar001

 

Thank you for your post. If you're on a server you may need to run administrator on all computers to download the upgrade, additionally another user on the following forum post did experience the same error message. They resolved this by completing there windows updates.

Thanks for the reply.

 

Before getting your reply I ended up unistalling AR completely, then reinstalling from MYOB site.

Have the latest build 2020.2.23.9038

 

Everything seems ok
