Dear Support,
We work offline with a local company file. We have a firewall rule to allow the company file to be automatically confirmed online. Since last upgrade the confirmation throws up the Error: "Unable to connect to the online confirmation service."
Our Firewall is set to allow traffic to IP Address 203.34.100.26 on Port 443 for the purpose of company file confirmation. Is this the correct address for your confirmation server? Has it recently changed?
Or can something in our company file relating to the upgrade cause the issue?

Before we go down that route of checking the Firewall, we probably would be want to check the account set up. As such, would you mind sending me a private message with the product serial number.

From what I can see of the account, everything should be working as expected from a confirmation point of view at our end.
To directly answer your query, based on previous cases, the software will tend to make a request to this server: https://confirmation.myob.com/ using Remote Port: 443.
