Unable to confirm Company file

Hi I am unable to automaticly confirm my company file again. 

If you could advise me so this perennial problem could be solved, I would be most grateful.

Hi @Martyn1 

 

Thanks for your message. If you're using Windows 8 or earlier – you'll need to upgrade to a newer Windows version. In the meantime, try this workaround:

  1. Close AccountRight.
  2. Open the Windows Control Panel (click the Windows Start button and type control panel then click Control Panel in the displayed results).
  3. Set the View by to Small icons.
  4. Click Internet Options.
  5. Click the Advanced tab.
  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings.
  7. Select the option Use TLS 1.2
  8. Click OK.
  9. Start AccountRight and try to activate/confirm again.

If you are still having issues, could you send me a private message with the following:

  • The MYOB Serial Number (Found in: Setup > Company Information)
  • The Company File ID, product and build (Found in: Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • If you are on an older version I would need the confirmation code

Hi,

 

im using win 10

I followed the instructions, but The "Use TLS 1.2 box" was already ticked. 

so no go.

If i could pm you my serial no etc, I'm sure we could sort this out.

  • The MYOB Serial Number (Found in: Setup > Company Information)
  • The Company File ID, product and build (Found in: Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • If you are on an older version I would need the confirmation code

Could you clear the browser cache and make sure you are logged in to the community forum when clicking on that link? You should have the right permissions.

Hi, I tried that, and I still got a message saying access denied. you dont have acess to this resource.

I also tried a different brouser with the same result. and I was signed in .

Could you reply on the forum with the following instead?

 

  • The last 4 digits of your MYOB Serial Number (Found in: Setup > Company Information)
  • The Company File ID, product and build (Found in: Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • If you are on an older version I would need the confirmation code

Hi,

 

The last 4 digits of my serial number are4084

My company file ID is 2.

the version is Account Right basic  2017.2.0

Build 2017.2.20.2882

 

Im sorry I don't know what a "conformation code" is , or where to find it.
