Unable to confirm company file

Hi,

 

I am unable to confirm my company file either by online or via phone, I have called support on at least 5 seperate occasions sometimes on the phone for over an hour.

 

My file will not confirm what so ever and this is now holding up my tax return, I think it may be due to a missing .box file? as for some reason this file is no longer present.

 

What are my options? I really need this info.

Try to send one of the moderators (purple M next to their names) a Private Message with your account details (the forum is public) and this should speed up the activation.

Hi @dbritton13 

 

So we can best assist with the confirmation of your company file can you send me a private message on the Forum with the following information:

  • The serial number in the file - Setup>>Company Information
  • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
  • The version of the program you are using - Help>>About AccountRight

Note: this information can be found by selecting to Confirm later/placing the file in read-only mode
