Unable to confirm company file

Hello everyone,

 

I am currently using account right versio 2019.4.0, build 2019.4.23.1762.

 

All of a sudden, when I launch the program it is telling me it is unable to confirm the company file.

 

There are only 2 options:

 

1) confirm online, to which I received an error telling me I need to call MYOB customer service

2) confirm by phone, which just gives me a blank screen.

How can I confirm my company file? Can anybody tell me a number I can call?

 

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
