Unable to confirm company file

I am trying to confirm activated company file and it is coming back with a message saying unable to activate. will not let me activate online. the help line on the web page says they are open but when I call there is a message saying they are closed.  Is anyone available to help me today?

Hi @toast 

 

So that I can look into this for you can you please send the following information by private message:

 

  • serial number (Setup>>Company Information)
  • business name
  • primary contact name
  • primary email address
