Unable to confirm confirm company file

our company file can't open when we open it getting error( shots2.jpg) also when we going to confirm received error(shots.jpg) please resolved this issue following describe our MYOB account details

 

Account id : hemnettemyob10@hemnetteqa.com
Serial number: 6132xxxxxxxxxx

 

When API access received error Company File is Read Only

I've made a change to that serial number provided which should allow confirmation to occur using the Confirm Online option.
