Unable to confirm confirm company file

HI there,

 

I am trying to use MYOB while overseas. I don't have a live subscription as i moved to accessing it locally only. However everytime i run the application i keep getting the attached errors. As i am overseas i am unable to call the 1300 number for Australia either.

 

My details are:

Account ID: genera********@***********.com.au

Serial Number: SN 61257*******

 

Please i am desperately needing this to work to do my end of year work.

Alas that only lasted one login.

 

I am unable to login again and its asking to confirm the company file and prompting the same errors again?

 

Please assist? Not sure why this keeps happening.

Hi @Sazzy

 

It seems that your account did not allow the usage of 2018.1 as a software release for your product. I have now manually changed this so that you can now use this software with your current licence.

 

If you close and re-open the software, you should now be able to confirm your company file online.

I am from Cameroon and have similar trouble like @Sazzy. I am unable to confirm my destop file.

I am currently using V19.8

 

my details are

Account ID: administrator

Serial Number: SN 6128-5388-****

File code: 1468 5799 00
