Unable to synchronise automatically

I was upgarding to the latest AccountRight software and it stopped. Now when I try to log in it comes up with the following message:

UNABLE TO SYNCHRONISE AUTOMATICALLY. 

Your company file can't be synchronised automatically. 

You need to manually synchronise your file before automatic synchronisation can be enabled. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this please?

Hi @samjsargent

 

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

 

A file can be synchronised manually via File>>Sync Company File. This will go through a sync a copy of the company file to the local machine.
