Any further updates to this ongoing Issue as yet? 

Has MYOB fixed the problems?

Seems like a disaster waiting to happen for everyone using SE version???

Hi @CBM_Support 

 

Just make absolutely sure you uninstall everything of AR 2020.2.1 - and that on the server you go to Task Manager and physically stop each of the services running (trying to stop these in Services is not always successful).

 

Once you have done that - uninstall and then insure all remnants in the install directory (see my comments) - the directory for the service (I think from memory it is always in a subdirectory called SERVER) that you delete it - if you cannot delete this it means the service is stil lrunning.

 

These renmants come back to corrupt the install of AR 2020.2.2

 

Once you have a clean install - goto the utility for seeting the Library location - if this fails (which is intermittent) - you can set the registry location for this and this works.

I don't think there is actually a fix for MYOB to do actually - I just think they should have called it 2020.3 and not 2020.2.2 then it would have installed cleanly as a new install.
