Hello
I was using my Accountright Live on my computer with version 2022.7 this evening and had to reverse an employee's pay from July to correct a superannuation error.
went to the Payroll STS website and it said I needed to upgrage my file to 2022.8 = which it did = otherwise I couldn't do the task
I reversed the pay and went back to MYOB on my computer to re-enter the correct figures.....
Now it says that I have to upgrade my 2022.7 file - but when I hit "Update Now" I get the error message "The update failed to download or install. Please check your network connection and try again"
Please advise - we need this file operating tomorrow - It runs our whole shop!
