P.S.

 

Your comment "we can see where the confusion does comes from and are monitoring the situation going forward." worries me a lot as I need this fixed so my clients can access their data files.  Monitoring the situation is not fixing my client's access to their data.

In theory, users could use the AccountRight 2021.2 PC edition listed on their my.MYOB account to install that version. However, if you currently have AccountRight 2021.1 PC edition installed we don't recommend installing that version through the my.MYOB account installer. As AccountRight 2021.1 PC Edition users will be automatically upgraded, installing that version may cause issues with the installation and upgrade process.

The reason it is listed is for new users to the AccountRight 2021 product range.

Thanks for the explanation.  It does not however help my clients to gain access to their data files that have already been updated to 2021.2 because one user had the message to update.

 

Can you tell me when they will be update without me having to go to their office and manually install the update?

The AccountRight 2021.2 PC version will be fully available shortly*, with AccountRight 2021.1 PC users being automatically upgraded.

 

*Currently, plans are mid-to-late this week but are subject to change

I will advise my client that they will need to wait until later in the week before they can continue to do business.
