Update

I have just gone and checked within MYOB if  there were any updates as I always like to make sure I am up to date.

But when I checked there is a New Updates and Messages.

The 2015 Compliance update is available and it is dated 2015-06-22

You can down load the 2015 Compliance update .

The following changes are aplicable in the 2015-2016 Payroll year.

Why would they put that up as it is a old update.

Regards

Anne

Re: Update

Hi @vinter

Generally the Software Manager will pick up updates for the corresponding version that you are using. For example if you are using AccountRight v19.11 it will indicate that updates for AccountRight v19.12 (2015-2016 compliance update), whereas if you are using AccountRight v19.12 you would get the update for (1st October Compliance release).

I would recommend going to Help>>About AccountRight to be on the most up to date version of the software this should show Australia Release version 19.13.0.

If that is showing a different version such as AccountRight v19.11 then you would be looking at upgrading to the latest version (AccountRight v19.13) and AccountRight v19.13 Support Note: Upgrading to AccountRight v19.13 would be able to assist with that.

Do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.

Kind regards,
Steven
