Updating message

Hi,  I have already updated to AccountRight Version 2020.2.2 and is showing when I go in to check the version I am using.  But everytime I log into MYOB it comes up with the "Update to the latest version of AccountRight by 17 July 2020" message.  Do I simply ignore this message?  I dont want to be shut out of my online file.

Hi @Ezial 

 

Thanks for your post. If you still being prompted to update AccountRight after already updating and you've already checked that you are opening the latest version, you will need to uninstall and reinstall. This help article has the instructions for this process: Installation troubleshooting
