Upgrade issue

I have already upgrade to 2020.2.2.  But it is asking me to do again.  Then says there is an error.

Hi @trudy2 

 

The upgrade log is indicating that the company file is not in the required format for an upgrade. Based on your initial information you said you were already using AccountRight 2020.2? If so, then you are not required to upgrade the file as I assume the file is an myox file already.

 

I would just make sure that you are on the latest version of AccountRight 2020.2 - version information is below. This information can be checked via Help>>About AccountRight. If you are using that version then you are good to go and can ignore any recent ignore product messages to upgrade.
