I tried to install 2018.2 from 2018.1. It didn't work. I have now tried to uninstall 2018.2 and reinstall, but attached are the messages I keep getting. There is no-one (except me) logged into MYOB.
Please help, this is holding up everything.
Just click OK.
You'll notice the user logged in is [SYSTEM] which is just an internal AccountRight user and not an actual person logged in. You are safe to continue with the file upgrade.
I tried that too and still not having any luck upgrading
Hey there! Can I ask what message you get after clicking "OK"?
Generally this will continue to upgrade the file, do you get any other errors or does it sort of sit as "Upgrading" for a bit and then revert back to another version.
Small note, excellent work on the screenshots. Love it.
