I am using AccountRight which automatically updates, and is currently 2021.5.
I have a number of entities that I run on PC only, and are updated only a few times a year.
When opening an entity which had been 2020.2 version, I have performed the requested upgrade of data to run on version 2021.5.
I am getting a message that the data has been successfully upgraded, however when I then try to open the data file in 2021.5, it closes out of AccountRight altogether.
I have had the same outcome using a restored copy of the data.
How do I fix this?
