Upgrading to 2019.4 upgrade failed

Hi MYOB

Could tech support please contact me to help with the following fatal error received while trying to upgrade from 2019.3 to 2019.4 (I've been on hold for a long time).  FYI this happened the last time I tried to upgrade from 2019.2 to 2019.3 and I MYOB error upgrading to 2019.4.PNGwas helped with a fix over the phone.

Hi @Lisa_BBP 

 

If you are encountering an 0x80070643 - Fatal error during installation message during the installation of AccountRight (or other installation errors) we do recommend taking a look at Help Article: Installation troubleshooting. This Help Article does list common setup errors and how to remedy those situations.
