Hi @Suja_P
We run our AccountRight 2020.3 offline and I haven't received the prompt from within the program (as per your instructions below). When is this supposed to occur? I will be preparing the monthly wages tomorrow which require the new tax rates, and I want to sort this out today.
Please advise ASAP
Thanks
Angela

New Australian PAYG tax tables apply from 13 October 2020. Learn more about the October tax tables on the ATO website.
To ensure your business stays compliant, here's how you can get this update:

Thanks @Tracey_H
The instructions refer to 2020.3, so I'm assuming these are the same for 2020.3.1 and the document hasn't been updated??

Hi Tracey
The update would not download as it has the same name as the existing file 2020.3, so we had to uninstall 2020.3 and install the so called 2020.3.1 on server and PC.
Thanks to our IT manager all has been sucessfully updated with the tax tables now showing 13/10/2020.
I would like to point out that the instructions are incorrect and if your not tech savy, would total confuse anyone (ie me!)

Hi @ang2017
My apologies, I should have clarified that if you are using the Server edition you do need to do an uninstall and full install as per the table in our blog post: AccountRight 2020.3.1 is now available
I'm glad to hear that you've been able to successfully update now.
Please don't hesitate to post again if you need help in the future.
