You should get the email with the information to get that multi-currency file sent in shortly. As per normal, all the details are in the email but do let us know if you require further assistance with that one.

Due to our current Dropzone encountering an error for users we have moved across to our New Zealand based FTP account thus the process is a little different. We just need notification that you have uploaded that file typically you can just reply to the email you did receive. Alternatively, I can see that you have uploaded a file "INC0214616.ZIP" on Feb 20, 2020 3:04 PM is that the file that was required to be worked on?
