Solved: Go to Solution

Version 2022.4.0 printing problem.

MYOB was printing fine on my computer, W11, MS 365 and HP Smart until I installed the newest version 2022.4.0. Now reports simply won't print. When I try to print, I cannot get a selection of printers, only HP Smart.

 

My W10 computer running version 2022.4.0 still prints normally.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I've found it myself. After HP Smart was installed, it appears that the HP app "HP Universal Print Driver" also needs to be installed. With that installed, the reports will now print.
