Version 2022.4

 

I am unable to print any General Ledger or Bank  reports.. Purchase orders and sales invoices print ok. 

 

Obviously problem with Print set up / report writer in new version. 

 

Has anyone else go any issues. 

 

Have been disconnected twice from tech support . Original call to help desk advised me it was a printer problem.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can you please confirm if you get any error messages when you attempt to print the reports ? If possible please provide a screenshot of what happens when you attempt to print so I can take a look into this for you.

Hi Melissa,

 

Thank you for your reply.

 

No I don’t receive any error message at all. The printer definitely receives the message as the paper feed commences and the light flashes receiving and then nothing happens.

 

I can print Purchase orders/ Sales Invoices / payslips etc.

 

However , I can print reports if  open in the browser …

 

Have finally got onto tech support and  tech advise it is a MYOB problem affecting just Account Right and they are working on it . A patch /update will come in the future.
