WAIT TIMES ARE APPALLING!!!!

Over the past two weeks I have been on hold for over SIX hours for MYOB support, I pay a monthly fee, I also took the ring me back option (no one called), today I've been on hold for over 90 minutes.  THIS IS APPALLING.  I can't even find the live chat option so I can free up one of my business phone lines!  NOT HAPPY!!!
