Hi, We use the server edition of Accountright with MultiCurrency.
BUT, we are not receiving notificiations of all the upcoming MYOB upgrades. Today, when I went to lodge the STP report, it failed as Version 2021.4 has been decommissioned. This is the first notification I have seen about that. Yet, we only installed that version in July 2021, so why is it being decommissioned already???
When I googled MYOB I see that Version 2021.6 was released in October 2021, and then, 2021.7 will be released next week.
Why isnt MYOB using our login emails to notify us of upgrades, and especially of decommissioning versions that are were only released 4 months ago.
We cannot lodge our compulsory STP reports this week, and it seems totally pointless to have a software engineer upgrade our server (and all our PCs) to 2021.6 now, when we have to upgrade again to 2021.7 next week.
How is everyone else finding out about upgrades, because the process MYOB is using for us is not working.

Hi @Julie-G,
Sorry to hear that you haven't been notified about the upgrade. I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling AccountRight, this should fix this for you. In the meantime you can download the upgrade at anytime by logging into your my.myob account which will have the download available on the front page.
