We cannot access our online data file as its says its backing up. our last back up was 12/4/23 and we cant restore to that file.we cant open our file how do we resolve this

We cannot access our online data file as its says its backing up. our last back up was 12/4/23 and we cant restore to that file.we cant open our file how do we resolve this

  • Serial Number
  • First and Last Name
