Hi @PaintPlace

 

To have access to User Access window you do need to ensure that you are using the company file Administrator sign on. This will be the username that is entered into the following window:

Note: If you don't get that option when logging in go to File>>Swtich Company file user.

 

If you are indeed logging into the company file as the Administrator, we may have to arrange for a script to be run over the company file for you to grant the Administrator user role to that Administrator user. For these situations do send me a private message on the Forum with your serial number and best contact number so I can arrange contact for that script to be run.
