can not remove administrator, also my 2 factor password has stopped working, I am concerned this cloud is no longer secure.

can not remove administrator, also my 2 factor password has stopped working, I am concerned this cloud is no longer secure.

I need to remove an owner from my list (the old bookkeeper who is no longer with us and ought never have been an owner in the first place).  Can someone help me with this?

We apologize that you are facing issues with removing the administrator or owner of the company file and the two-way verification. We understand that these issues can be frustrating, and we are here to help you resolve them. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to address your concerns. 
 
In this matter, if you are referring to the AccountRight Live Administrator i.e., within your my.MYOB account >> Manage AccountRight Live access, the AccountRight Live Owner of a serial number can remove access for an AccountRight Live Administrator. 
 
If you are referring to the company file user access i.e., within the company file's Setup >> User Access window, you would be looking at editing that user ID to have an Accountant/Bookkeeper role before inactivating that user. You can find more information about this on our Help Article Remove user access. 
 

Regarding your concern with the two-way verification, for AccountRight live you may go to Services >> Sign out from AccountRight >> then login again. That will make the system prompt you to add your email address and password when logging in. However, for the browser version, I want to confirm that we have rolled out some changes regarding 2FA. The automatic login is a known feature that has been introduced as an upgraded security measure.
