can't log on!!!!

When Logging onto MYOB AR, it sends me a verification key then when entered tells me to download latest version before proceeding. Trouble is I have downloaded and installed this four times now. When I log on, it tells me exactly the same thing.  How many times must I install the update, restart my computer, etc etc.

Hi @Tezza2 , a new desktop icon is created for every version. Are you sure you are running AccountRight from the correct icon?
