cannot sync after update 2019.3

We have installed the update and it cannot manually sync, go offline.  keeps trying but does not work.

uninstalled the program and reinstalled.  been waiting for technical support for 2 hours,  no happy

Thanks for your post. I hope you're finding plenty of useful tips, advice and support on the community forum. 

 

Are you getting an error while you're trying to do the manual synchronisation? I'll link Installation troubleshooting as well to go through some of the steps to check the setup.  Once you have a look at these let me know if you're able to work offline
