Hi @Claire23

 

We don't have technical support that comes out to assist however we do have an accountant and bookkeeper lookup option on our page here that finds accountant/bookkeepers in your location that are MYOB certified. 

 

In regards to the error message that you've received, this is something that has been raised with our teams for investigation. In the meantime as a workaround they have advised to manually download the latest version of AccountRight, you can find the download on our Help Article Getting the latest version.

Hi,

 

I tried to upgrade an old company file to new version, keep getting this error message.

 

I have upgraded all other company files without any problem, only this company has issue.
