cant verify files after loading MYOB onto new PC

Hi, Just installed AR Plus for PC on new surface pro - cant confirm my files now... i turned off firewall etc, still no go. I have 10 company files allocated as had MYOB for years. any suggestions please? cheers Deb Smiley Happy
