company file confirmation

I am using Myob AccountRight 2016.2.1 software. company file ID is 2. I tried to do the confirmation of company file online. It didn't work. I tried using phone, but I can't see the company file code to do that. Can I get the company file code or can you help me do it online?

Sorry, I tried to do it but I don't know what is my Company File Code. Where can I find the company file code? My software shows company file ID but not company file code.

Hi @AnishJames 

Reply by @Isaiah_C  applies to v19 files only, not to AR2016 files. AR2016 files cannot be confirmed over the phone. If you cannot confirm online, there is likely something wrong with how things are set up on MYOB's end or your computer may be using an older operating system which no longer supports online confirmation.

MYOB will need to email you an xml file to confirm your file. @Isaiah_C will be notified and should be in touch soon. Otherwise call MYOB and request an xml file for file confirmation.
