Hello,
We are trying to upgrade company file from accountright premier v19 and was prompted for the Administrator password. we need assistance to reset the password.

By default the Administrator user ID has no password, so please do try leaving the password field blank then proceed. If that fails, it means the Administrator password was changed in the past. If you cannot remember the changed password then the next option would be doing a Password recovery on the file as per MYOB data file repair services, which explains the pricing and how to request it.
