confirm by company file online

Hi, I am unable to confirm by company file online. Can some-one please private message me for my serial number to assist me. Thank you.

Hi @nedholdings 

 

Thanks for your message. If you're using Windows 8 or earlier – you'll need to upgrade to a newer Windows version. In the meantime, try this workaround:

  1. Close AccountRight.
  2. Open the Windows Control Panel (click the Windows Start button and type control panel then click Control Panel in the displayed results).
  3. Set the View by to Small icons.
  4. Click Internet Options.
  5. Click the Advanced tab.
  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings.
  7. Select the option Use TLS 1.2
  8. Click OK.
  9. Start AccountRight and try to activate/confirm again.

If you are still having issues, could you send me a private message with the following:

  • The MYOB Serial Number (Found in: Setup > Company Information)
  • The Company File ID, product and build (Found in: Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • If you are on an older version I would need the confirmation code
